Talked directly to recruiter then head of HR. Was more of a conversation than an interview but that is essentially the style of the company. After meeting with HR, received an email confirming acceptance into the challenge program.

10 day program up in the Catskills, judged on group and individual levels. It was nerve-racking and all we could do was speculate on if we'd "complete" the program or not...about 2/3 of the people made the cut. I loved the experience and the company is very progressive in their methods. That being said, I probably would have been very upset had I invested all that time and come out unemployed.
