I had two rounds of discussion with the team of WeCP. The first round was a virtual round with the CEO- in which he was fashionably late. The second round was with the Sales Head- both were conversational rounds. To my surprise- despite having a good discussion after the second round the team of WeCP went MIA on me- despite following up for a feedback with them twice on a email thread and Linkedi- so i could close the loop and move on- they didn’t bother to respond. This was an absolutely unprofessional interviewing experience that I have had with WeCP team.
