I was contacted by my staffing agency via LinkedIn. They sent me a list of 23 questions to answer via Google Docs, most of which were basic kinematic questions. Once these questions were finished, I had 2 phone calls with staffing agency, 1 skype interview with Waymo, and 1 in person interview with Waymo. It was a relatively easy process.
