4 x 45 min interviews back to back with various team members. One a role play, one a maths test, other two more competency based. Very intense and felt excessive.

Excellent interview experience. The in-office interview consisted of three segments: a general discussion, scenarios, and a case study. All of the interviewers were very present and attentive, and it was obvious that they were passionate about their department and cared whether the candidate was a good fit, both strategically and culturally. It was also apparent that all of the interviewers enjoyed their jobs and are very proud to be a part of Wayfair.

Process was well organised. It seamed all very professional until the interview. The woman who interviewed me was not prepared. She had no specific questions, did not know anything about me and did not even have my CV.
