Submitted resume and cover letter through university job board and contacted a week later to interview with two school alums on campus. Very basic interview regarding what I knew about the company, my background, and suggestions I had for improving their website. Contacted about 1 1/2 weeks later to say they were not interested. I would suggest exploring their website and coming up with suggestions for improvement, both interviewers seemed genuinely interested in what I thought of it.
