By far the most incompetent and inefficient company I had a chance to interview with. If you are applying for this company, prepare yourself for a lot of unanswered emails, constant change of plans and a month-long hiring process.
Basically, the Berlin office hired too many people so the normal operations are suffering.

A lot of basic questions, the staff even had a list of questions to ask and it seemed like it was their first time doing it.

First round virtual behavioral interview after an HR screening call. Spoke about role and then asked generic technical term questions regarding understanding of consumer financing. (example: what are the economics for the consumer to use buy now, pay later consumer financing)

They sent a HackerRank Test and after that I had 2 rounds of interview . One was with the HR and other with Hiring Manager , Both were good, Just that you have to be self sufficient to work with them
