I applied online and received a Hackerrank. After completing the Hackerrank, the recruiter emailed me saying they wanted to move forward and scheduled a phone screen. The phone screen was behavioral and asked me questions about teamwork and why wayfair. After that got scheduled for a technical phone interview with an engineer. Phone interview was easy and questions were related to OOP concepts and data structures. After the phone interview, recruiter said they want to move forward with the final behavioral interview. After sending my availability, they reached out saying they are done hiring and reached capacity. Highly unprofessional and a massive waste of my time. Don't waste your time interviewing here - recruiters are clearly clueless and not aware of their own headcount.

Similar to other interviews on glassdoor - why wayfair, talk about a time you worked in a team, talk about past experiences and for the technical interview, design a class that has a given functionality.
passed initial screening, was given a game home hackerrank interview assessment that was similar to a leetcode mediums. very specific set of problem I was not able to answer. I was then ghosted by the company without a formal rejection.

Entrevista
there are 3 rounds:
1 leetcode online assessment round
1 recruiter call round ask about back ground and personal information
1 hour long technical VO round
1 30 min long manager BQ round
3 Interviews. One automated leet code style interview. The next was a technical interview. The final was a personality interview. All interviews went well and were quite positive but was ghosted after the final one.
