Entrevista
I applied online. I got an online take home test followed by a video interview. The video interview is already explicitly described by the other interview experiences in Glassdoor. The question is about catalogue.
I received phone call the next day and got the “overwhelmingly positive” feedback from the interviewer. We scheduled onsite to be 2 weeks after. The next week I received one email from the interview scheduler and no more. The week after (3 days before scheduled onsite) they called me and told me that the offer was sent out for position and has been accepted.

Online screening:
1. SQL: about movies
2 and 3 are analysis questions, 3 being ice cream shop sales and you need to do the analysis in excel
Video interview:
1. Tell me about yourself
2. Would you send catalogues to people who clicked the website but did not make purchase or the ones that did recently
3. Cheap vs expensive catalogue.

Entrevista
I could not complete all the steps due to unprofessional interview process management. Two different HRs contacted me. After I shared my availability for the next interview, they sent me 2 different emails which were not related to my interview process. I asked for clarification about the process and send me the correct slot, but I did not get an answer for 4 days. In the end, HR call me and said all of a sudden they decided to hold the hiring process for this position. I spent 2 days on the case study and this is really unprofessional. I had concerns about the company because of having a low rating on Glassdoor but now understood why people are complaining that much. 1- Codility Challenged -- passed 2- HR screening call -- passed 3- Hiring Manager -- passed 4- Case Study -- delivered but the position on hold

one round for phone interview, a business case question with several questions, with simple calculation
three rounds of onsite including behavior, free presentation and an inventory case
I applied online and received a request to complete an analytics challenge containing SQL, open ended question containing business acumen and an analytics exercise which required manipulation of a dataset.
