The nature of this job IS NOT business intelligence, but digital marketing, at least from my understanding. So you won't be testing any coding ability! The interview is one psudo code, one case interview, one behavioral interview. Each one takes 40 mins. I would say that was beyond my imagination.

Pregunta 1
First is a 9-step pseudo code, but I think that is not a coding test, but a math test! The interviewer just asked you why they are doing this step, what does this or that formula mean.
Second, very stupid! Just show you the entire process of their their marketing and asked you how to generate a metrics of how to evaluate their marketing performance. Then followed by a math test. Unfortunately, the interviewer didn't make himself clear, when you asked, he just thought you were asking for clue?!
Third one is a general behavioral test. No coding at all. Just describe your most recent project.

I could not complete all the steps due to unprofessional interview process management. Two different HRs contacted me. After I shared my availability for the next interview, they sent me 2 different emails which were not related to my interview process. I asked for clarification about the process and send me the correct slot, but I did not get an answer for 4 days. In the end, HR call me and said all of a sudden they decided to hold the hiring process for this position. I spent 2 days on the case study and this is really unprofessional. I had concerns about the company because of having a low rating on Glassdoor but now understood why people are complaining that much. 1- Codility Challenged -- passed 2- HR screening call -- passed 3- Hiring Manager -- passed 4- Case Study -- delivered but the position on hold

Codility first use either python or sql to solve the problem
one round for phone interview, a business case question with several questions, with simple calculation
three rounds of onsite including behavior, free presentation and an inventory case
I applied online and received a request to complete an analytics challenge containing SQL, open ended question containing business acumen and an analytics exercise which required manipulation of a dataset.
