Entrevista
I was contacted by Mr Ibrahima Ndoye, who invited me to an interview for the position of Customer support representative at wave.
When I arrived,he asked me to introduce myself and told me about the position and what would be expected of me.
he asked me questions about the position, and after I had answered all of them, he confirmed the interview and informed me that I would have to attend another interview with the managers and undergo a medical examination if all went well before being accepted and starting training.
So I had the interview with the managers, who approved me,and I also passed the medical examination.

I was asked questions about my educational background, my professionnal experience, what I know about then role of customer support representative and what the attitude of customer advisor should be, as well as my motivation for choosing to work at Wave.

it was a smooth interview process, everything was well organized and detail oriented. the questions were straight to the point and most importantly the interviewers were so professional in their respective domains.

Le processus s'est déroulé comme suite : j’ai postulé en ligne, participé à un entretien virtuel puis physique au siège. Après confirmation et examens médicaux, j’ai intégré Wave, où j’ai suivi une formation d’intégration professionnelle.
