first A call from the deputy director. And then an in-person interview, and then a written test. takes around 2 hours. still waiting for answers. the environment was pretty nice. both the interviewers were friendly. the questions were pretty basic. and tailored to my resume

1 hour Interview panel process. Panelist asked well prepared questions and allow me time to ask the Panelist questions. Panelist received my resume ahead of team and asked in depth questions on relevant work experience and qualifications for the position.

Bureaucratic, long and drawn out, little communication, panel interviews that use pre-set questions, little engagement during interview (interviewers seemed to be too busy to interact, follow up, etc.). No follow up from agency after the interview.
