I was referred to the company by an external recruiter. After I was screened by the recruiter I was passed on to the hiring manager for a phone interview and then an in-person interview. Interview was very casual but in-depth. Asked a lot about my experience, job expectations, work style, etc. Allowed me to ask a lot of questions as well. Overall it was a very good experience
