First, they will email you for phone screening (which the HR forgot to call me on scheduled time twice and rescheduled multiple times). Second, there will be a zoom Interview with director/manager in the department you are applying for. Last, they will ask you for an in-person Interview (with a 60mins basic Revit test).

Recruiter contacted me. online interview with office manager and PM. Asked previous experience and what’s my career goal. And also asked salary expectation. The process was very smooth. But didn’t get the offer, mainly because the salary they can offer.
Reached out via LinkedIn and was able to set up an interview right away. I did a zoom call and then came in for the Revit/CAD assessment and the test itself was pretty basic.
