The process involved submitting an online application, including my resume and cover letter. After waiting for a response, I received a rejection email without any further details or an opportunity for an interview.

They didn’t even review my resume and declined me with a bot. They don’t review any legit applications, they have the worst hiring system. It’s ridiculous and needs to be reviewed and corrected.
Reached second round with department VP after initial screen. Initial screen was about 15 minutes with HR and second round interview was about 45 minutes. Good interview but received no follow-up.
