The interview process was fun where they test your communication, leadership, and decision making abilities. The interview was conducted in a small group with other candidates and mamager. Fun part was puzzle solving and sell me the mystery box item.

Very calm basic questions like describe your self or tell me about your self and other usual questions like tell me about a time you were a part of a team.

It was simple and easy, Since they were looking for people immediately, they did not ask much. Walmart staffs were also super friendly and they offered me coffee. I am happy that I got the job
