I worked at Walmart as a cashier for two years when I got considered to be a Customer Service Manager. I had one to one interview with the store manager and the questions were mostly behavioral.

Resume and in person interview and then further process and then all paper work process. Training starts off and computer trim too then that’s all for interview process and then position starts off

Was asked about my job history and what I enjoyed most about each position. Asked me to prioritize various tasks from high to low. Then went through a scenario and asked for to state what I would have done differently than the associate in the position.

Your supervisor has paged you twice. Is this a high, medium, or low priority?
I had three interviews. Each store is different someone might have less interviews then I had. The three interviews were easy. My biggest advice is just be yourself. Your last interview would be the Store Manager which went by fairly quickly.
