It was a straightforward interview, with no trick questions. The store lead was very helpful she gave me a tour throughout the entire store and that the conclusion of the interview she asked was are still interested in the position. I had a follow up interview the following day.

Be prepared to answer situational questions. The difficult of the interview would depend of your work experience. There were two panel interviews: first one was with 3 members of management and the 2nd one was with 2 members of management. Think before you answer you need to set an specific example, what you did to resolve the problem and what was the final results. Dress professional and show confidence.

I completed the on-line application only. I found Walmart's on-line application process to be very helpful for me, it enabled me to see my strengths and some weaknesses. In addition to job related questions about my competencies, the company also presented a video of workplace scenarios - situational interviews.
