One of the worst experiences I've ever had. The recruiter wasn't reliable and the general experience was that they don't really know what they are looking for. I applied through Glassdoor. The recruiter called me back after more than a month, it took me a sec to remember that I applied to this position (no confirmation email was received). He did a screening / HR interview by phone, the conversation was around my previous work and took about 45 min. He didn't schedule the call in advance and I wasn't ready for such a long phone interview. Somehow, I got through it and then was asked to write a short home assignment so they can assist my English lever and creative skills. I had 4 days to finish this and was promised that I will hear back from them in two days. I haven't heard from them for over two weeks and my emails were ignored. After more than two weeks, I got an email from the recruiter saying he tried to call me and left voice messages. I don't have an option to leave voice messages on my phone so I found it hard to believe that he did, in fact, tried to call me. Then, it took almost a week of emails until we scheduled another phone call since it took him more than 24hs to answers each email. All this time, he refused to let me know by email if I made it to the next step or not. When we finally talked, he says that they don't think I'm right for this job, but invited me to an on-site interview. When I tried to understand why he said that they still want to get to know me better. Well, that was a waste of my time - he asked the exact same questions he did by phone and kept saying that I'm not really a good fit. I finally got a negative answer today, more than a week after the interview.
