There were 6 to 7 individual interviews. Quick and meaningful convos but lengthy process. I was offered role and it took weeks to hear back, but was eventually given start date.

Recruiter screen followed by video conference with peer Director. Interview focused on management and work style, along with explaining current environment state. Follow up between conversations was extended due to shifting priorities. Eventual decision was to build more individual contributor roles first, before additional management roles.

First part of the interview was a general screening with human resources. Final round was a panel interview with the hiring manager and the hiring manager's direct report. Both interviews were standard behavioral interview questions.
