It wasn't bad. they ask you questions that i had no experience in, coming from another position they asked manager questions and i had never managed anything so it was difficult to answer some of the questions not knowing the answers..

Took forever to set up. the company really drags its feet and compensates based on market averages. Had to be blunt on pay reasons. Almost better to quit and get hired at the next position
