It's general questions interviewed by a store manager. You can search in google for preparation. Nothing difficult but you have to prepare especially if English is not your first language. Do not forget to print out your resume and give them in an interview day!

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.

The employer reviewed my resume and went over the position of a shift lead. They asked about my retail experience and experience managing a staff. At the end we did a walk through of the store.
