Phone screen with recruiter, call or virtual interview with hiring manager, then second round with panel of department. Both behavioral and analytical questions asked. “Tell me a time when...”

Process was very strange and unclear. Screening person gave no information on the role, was not aware this was for a supply chain manager role rather than products in stores. They make it almost impossible for you to move forward unless you come from Claire’s.
The interview process was good, fast and fair. I can't think of anything bad to say about the process, possibly not even thirty words of detail about the process. Yet, I continue to write.
