The interview was 10 questions in the STAR format; Situation, Task, Action & Result. Mostly about interaction with customers and employees. No "typical" interview questions, like "Why do you want to work here?" Good idea to use examples from various jobs/life situations. Have your resume ready, multiple copies and on good paper!

Tell us about a time when you had several tasks to do, and limited time to complete them. How did you prioritize and get them done and what was the result?
Discussed a lot about work efficiency, handling difficult situations, reasoning tough tasks and SBO questions. Then a few company initiatives being put in. Just seem eager and come prepared and it'll be fine.

Interview process was done by video capture, then a one on one with a store manager, overall it was an easy position to obtain, seems like there is a great need for ASM-T's that have a bachelor degree

Tell us about a time where you went above and beyond for your position at your last job?
Two interviews, One with a panel of two people and the other with the District manager. For me they happened on the same day but I don't know if they changed it. For the interview you should "dress for success" and know your numbers if you are being promoted from within.
