Was able to schedule my interviews quickly and they were very responsive to emails. They asked very basic questions about your background as well as your motivations for applying. The recruiters were very nice and easy to talk to.

Not intimidating at all. Applied online, and was called within a few days to say they received an application and that they have a job opening for my position. I had to complete a drug test and some paperwork before they would give me hours. I was working within two weeks of applying.

What would you do in a certain situation within the pharmacy
There were behavior based interview questions, tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses. Usually with a pharmacy and store manager. Maybe with a district manager. A tour is given if interview is in person.
Interview process was really easy - they ask basic questions for any normal pharmacist job and a routine screening. I worked at Walgreens as an intern for most of my college years so there wasn't much additional screening for hiring as a pharmacist.
