Focused on customer oriented skills - desired you to have a PTCB certification - interview itself was very minimal, more just basic questions about yourself and it seemed like you were going to get hired from the start even without the interview.
Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Walgreens (Arnold, MO) en nov 2010
Entrevista
I initially filled out an application online. Then I had to go into the store I had specified to apply to and finish the application. I called the pharmacy to speak to the pharmacy manager, the person who can interviews and chooses whether or not to hire you. The store I had originally applied to was not hiring at the time and told me about another Walgreens store that was hiring. I called a couple of times to speak with the pharmacy manager and was then told I could come in for an interview. The interview lasted between twenty to thirty minutes and the last thing we talked about was setting up shifts for me to work in the coming weeks.

When a customer complains about how long they had to wait, which can sometimes happen when there is not enough people working, how would you handle talking to this customer?
It took 15 minutes, went very smoothly as the person interviewing me made sure I was comfortable and it was not awkward. I recommend working here if you are a student looking for part time work

How do you work with customers/patients in a difficult situation
The interview process was quick and to the point. Expectations were set. However manager was trying to sway me on a different position than what I was applying for leaning more towards the beauty counter just because I was a female.
