The interview was not very long, about 30 minutes with the hiring manager. It was not very difficult with only a few questions and everyone gets asked the same questions for this interview. Just keep in mind what you have done in the past as far as customer service is concerned and everything should be great.
First I filled out an online application, then I was emailed an invitation to take an assessment that last about 20 minutes - and all the questions were about work styles and personality fit

Straightforward and to the point. Not many difficult questions for an entry level job. There were not many questions in general and it was mostly focused on how to handle difficult customer interactions.

Simple and quick. They just ask basic questions like what time you are available to work and what position interest you. They will adjust your working schedule if you are a student so no worries.
