In a small group we were presented 5 different scenarios where we discussed how we would respond to the situation. The interviewers then told us anything to add. Then there were individual interviews.

They asked some basic questions; it was a very friendly atmosphere; the recruitment process is very straightforward; I think it takes no more than two weeks. First a telephone interview, then an interview with the managers
it was a normal customer service interview with competency and situational questions and questions about yourself and all that kind of stuff. very basic part-time job interview that anyone could get through
