Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Waitrose (Oxford, Inglaterra) en sept 2015
Entrevista
To begin I completed 2 online tests (situational awareness and another more general questionnaire). After passing those I was very quickly informed I had been invited to an interview and within a week I was attending my interview. The group interview part consisted of being given a selection of products and customer profiles. We were given 5 minutes of individual reading and then 15 minutes of group discussion in order to assign the products to the best suited customer. Following that we filled out paper work with general questions and information about our requirements for uniform sizing. I was then taken in for the one-to-one interview. This lasted about 10 minutes. The woman conducting the interview was very pleasant and calm. The questions asked were very standard interview questions with a slight emphasis on questions to judge your ability to work under pressure or in group situations. Having been told i would find out whether or not I had been given the job within a couple of weeks, I did very quickly get an email to say I had passed the interview and they would be contacting me by phone if my time and availability matched with an acceptable vacancy. However, i have since not received any contact regarding my application.

They asked some basic questions; it was a very friendly atmosphere; the recruitment process is very straightforward; I think it takes no more than two weeks. First a telephone interview, then an interview with the managers
it was a normal customer service interview with competency and situational questions and questions about yourself and all that kind of stuff. very basic part-time job interview that anyone could get through

Completed an online assessment that was harder than it seemed and then did an in person interview with one of the managers. She was very friendly and I felt at ease.
