So to start I applied online and filled in my qualifications ect, I then received an email inviting me to do some online tests/quizzes about how I would react in a work related situation ect. for example, they gave you like three or four situations and then you put them in order of which ones you would most likely do first/second/third ect. I then received another email inviting me for an interview at the branch, they gave two different time and day options, this may vary depending on the branch. In the interview we were all invited to one room where we did a joint activity and the interviewers (there were two in my case) watched our ability to work together as a team. After this process we all went and sat in a waiting room and one by one took it in turns to have a one on one interview with the interviewers. I didn't find that the questions asked we particularly difficult, they definitely weren't the type of questions to try and catch you out they were just looking for honest answers and opinions of myself in the role of the job they were offering. I got a phone call the NEXT day to say that they were so impressed with how well my interview went, and that they were delighted to invite me to take the job! Lovely and really comfortable experience, even if I hadn't got the job I would've gained some great experience of a job interview. (It was my first ever job interview btw! Make sure to go into the whole interviewing process with your head high, believe in yourself and your confidence will show which is what they love to see.) I hope this helps at least one person?! X

Online Assessment including situational judgement and personality test and questions about waitrose. Then the next stage is a group interview (4 of us, 1/2 hour long) , followed by private interview afterwards (mine was 1/2 hour). Interviewer was lovely and really friendly.
