First you have an online test to secure an interview. Then at the interview there are two stages, a one to one interview and a group interview. There were two more senior members of staff monitoring the interview, asking questions and giving scenarios.

They asked some basic questions; it was a very friendly atmosphere; the recruitment process is very straightforward; I think it takes no more than two weeks. First a telephone interview, then an interview with the managers
it was a normal customer service interview with competency and situational questions and questions about yourself and all that kind of stuff. very basic part-time job interview that anyone could get through
