The interview process was very well planned and managed. We were in a group of 4, all introduced ourselves and then did a group exercise. After that we had 1:1 interviews.

How have you quickly resolved a stressful situation in the past?
Pretty easy, just asked about experience and strengths. Then did a group exercise where we had to prioritise tasks. Then we had to talk about why we chose certain things and what impact it had on sales

The recruitment process comprised of one online task, one round of in-person group tasks (based on real life scenarios) and then a one to one interview. The online task, in-person group tasks and one to one questions were straightforward.
