online test that was fearly easy howev er longwinded then a group assessment what was nerve racking, do notf over speack people do not talk TO much it appears arrogen, give clear and thought out exsample, be vocal when given groupe task make sure to engage and put in effort,P.S yoou might need to fabricate senarios if you dont have that much experince, be beliveable and confident, also show exsaples of you solving a soloution. then manger then store manager
