Entrevista
Consisted of a group task that involved catering to a variety of different customers need with a set amount of stock. They'll put you with about 8 other people and give you 5 minutes to read through the customer details (allergies, lifestyle, occasion, budget); then about 10 minutes to discuss with others and come to conclusions that meet their requirements. Remember to listen to others and say things of value instead of just speaking to make noise. The observers were really nice, and we didn't actually come to a conclusion and they talked us through what we should've picked at the end. After, there was a 1:1 competency-based interview.

It was the usual teamwork and customer service questions (how you've dealt with an angry customer etc), they'll ask you for examples so make sure you have a few stories. Remember they're big on customer service and politeness.

A group interview with others - straightforward questions shared with the group. A one to one interview after this with the section manager - this was also very informal. I was offered the job and accepted.
Good combination of online testing and in person situational questions in store. Testing beforehand had a range of questions including scaled responses and videos. In store questions were more team building

Group interview followed by 1:1 interview and right to work checks. As a group we had to respond to a list of scenarios and say what we would do in given situations.
