The process is very intense, you are required to do 3-4 interviews beginning with their reqruiter and ending with area or regional manager. They require that you do what is called an "in unit" where you work a weekend doing whatever task they can find to feel you out to see if you have the moxy to make it.

They have Background checks, credit checks, hair drug test for everyone on a regular basis at a lab, so drug users you don't have a chance cause they check for things that people put in their hair to cover it up also. Don't bother cause they test periodically, personality testing and several interviews with all different levels of management. Driving to different locations. Ask a lot of questions

sit in a big room with upper management to talk about how bad you are. then they asked if you needed to re apply after working on the few items. but then tell you you need more confidence and you got the job. very misleading and mind games.

Entrevista
Two sets of interviews, one with the people director, and the other one is with the vice president. You have to pass a background that includes criminal, mvr, and credit check. You also have to take a psychological tests which takes a couple of hours.
