Applied online via the Towers Watson online portal and got invited to online tests. After passing the online tests I was invited to do a telephone interview. Standard competency questions were asked and nothing really technical. However, do make sure that you have a good understanding of all the business areas towers watson is involved in. I didn't do adequate preparation and hence failed.
