Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en WTW (San Francisco, CA) en ene 2008
Entrevista
At the time it was Towers Perrin. I applied through the website. Part of the application process included calling a phone number and answering three questions that were recorded. Then I received a call from HR and had an introductory interview. General questions: what are you interested in, what's your background. Then HR got me an interview with the San Francisco office. They flew me out, put me in a nice hotel, and paid for everything. My interview was a marathon all-day even. I talked to just about every person on the team of 15. Except for lunch, I spent about 45 minutes to an hour with each person/paid of people. Each of them had a particular area to discuss, i.e., technical abilities, cultural fit, project management skills, etc. About a week later I got the call from HR that they wanted me! P.S. I had to answer "2008" in the year, but it was actually 2007.

Motivations like why i want to work at WTW and why i want to pursue actuarial
Did a HireVue, but didn't get a response back yet. Had about 2 minutes to respond to each question. I only had 1 attempt which was stressful. If I were to do it again, I would practice in a mirror.
