I was treated politely by the owner and staff in a meeting with all key people at once. A lot of questions after taking a very strange written test that asked a lot of strange question and seemed to be used to uncover personality type. I was not hired and yet this position seems to show up available at least once a year, so not sure if I would have liked working there any more than anyone else. Interview was no problem, they should ditch the written test and rely on their own intuition.
