Two interviews, one video call with a director running through my CV, then a face to face. Second was a standard interview. Two directors, one director was very unprepared and made up questions on the spot. The hiring director was very prepared, but the whole process was very disjointed. I was very tempted to walk out after 10 mins. Was not sold the dream to work there. Was told an offer would be made after it, but declined.

Friendly back and forth including questions of past achievements and engineering process with the hiring manager and a junior staff member over an online video call lasting about 60 mins.
The 1.5‑hour interview was fully technical, evaluating advanced structural engineering expertise, code interpretation, design calculations, load analysis, detailing, and problem‑solving. It emphasized practical application of standards, leadership in complex projects, and ability to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions at a senior level.

took interview and no response just a time waste, Management is not responding to any calls or mails. Even after shortlisted and interview done its been 3 months no response at all.
