Contacted by a recruiter and interviewed shortly thereafter. The 2nd round interview was with the hiring manager, who stated at the end a 3rd round would be forthcoming, but never happened. I realized it was a breadcrumbing/fact-finding interview endeavor after seeing the slightly different worded job posting in another state on their job board. I moved on to another job opportunity.
