I applied online and an HR representative reached out to me to set up an interview with the manager who the position would be working with. Overall, the HR rep and manager were both very nice and the interview was casual. Simple interview and background check, 1 to 1 interview with no deep technical question. Overall experience is good.
Friendly back and forth including questions of past achievements and engineering process with the hiring manager and a junior staff member over an online video call lasting about 60 mins.
The 1.5‑hour interview was fully technical, evaluating advanced structural engineering expertise, code interpretation, design calculations, load analysis, detailing, and problem‑solving. It emphasized practical application of standards, leadership in complex projects, and ability to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions at a senior level.

took interview and no response just a time waste, Management is not responding to any calls or mails. Even after shortlisted and interview done its been 3 months no response at all.
