The overall interview process was very smooth, well-organized, and communication was prompt. It began with an initial HR phone screen, followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager. The questions were of average difficulty, focusing heavily on my past project experience, my understanding of standard RAMS methodologies, and how I handle risk assessments. The interviewers were professional and friendly.
