I applied online. They called about 3 weeks later. The team was pleasant and welcoming. I had three one on one interviews the same day. They all went well. They kept in touch through out a month process of background and credential checks. But even after it all, the person you interview with doesn't have the final say so. Your paperwork goes through many hands.
