Recruiter/Hiring Manager reached out asking to interview. Easy process where I talked to the Director then was given a verbal offer a few days after. I was then asked to come in for an office tour where it seemed like they still intended to have me start. However, a week later, I got a call from the recruiter rescinding the offer due to me "asking for a higher salary during the verbal offer and being interested in the bonus structure during the office tour".

Entrevista
First video interview was with the Talent Manager and the second (final round) was with the Talent Director. Both interviews went very well and I was told that I would hear back within a few days. After following up, I was ghosted. Extremely disappointing considering I felt like a good fit for the role based on my conversations with the team. Very unprofessional.
