I initially had a Phone Screening with an HR rep, then progressed to a virtual interview with general manager of the store i applied for. The interview process from when i applied to when i was offered the job took a couple weeks.

Entrevista
The job interview process was pretty standard, Typical 'what is your greatest achievement/ what is your greatest weakness' stuff. But don't think that just because the interview lasts a long time that you will get the job! My interview lasted over an hour without even a call back.
