I received an email on a Friday evening from HR immediately followed by a phone call so she could schedule our phone interview . We set the interview for the following Tuesday. After waiting 15 minutes for a call I emailed the recruiter and asked if she was planning to call me. Still nothing. This woman called me on Thursday and said "oh I forgot we were scheduled for an interview. I don't know what happened. " She then asked if I had time on Friday (today) and I said yes at 2pm EST, 1pm CST. Would you believe she failed to call again. So flighty and unprofessional. If HR is this unorganized and unprofessional then that says a lot about the rest of the company.
