Several rounds of interviews one hour in duration with various members of the leadership team. Three in total. A case study which was an ideas collecting activity which I thought was underhand. This took several hours to complete. I am giving a negative review because it took 2 months of interviews because my application had become delayed - no reason given and no communication or explanation to explain the delays. I was excited to apply at the start but the experience led me to Glass door and I see I am not the first person to waste time. This business markets itself to be the silver bullet to the gender gap however it appears it doesnt walk the talk with its own processes. The other reviews should be a big red flag to others . I am glad to have dodged a bullet.

It was a long interview with questions asking about how I was in high school. Nothing really relevant to my work history. They said it’s all relevant but then I never got feedback so it was frustrating.
