The interview process started with an initial telephone screening to discuss the role, the company, and how the experience/projects on my resume map onto the posting. Some weeks later, there was a further interview were I was prompted to go into greater technical detail regarding the experience on my resume, but it featured no true technical questions. The company is heavily integrating AI into the development process, and requested further details on how I use AI tools in development.
