I applied online and was contacted fairly quickly for an in person interview. When I arrived everyone was very friendly. I was presented with a timed skills test and personality test. I wasnt told I was going to have to complete a test when I was schedule for an interview. I met with one of the partners and was told during the interview that it was just a first interview and that if they were interested, I would be contacted for a second interview. The process was fairly casual and straightforward. The interview lasted about an hour.
