The first screen is a recorded interview. You have as much retakes as you'd like and as much time as you'd like to do it which is why it's easier but the questions can be hard. The questions asked are behavioral but very specific, I'd say they're accurate in assessing how you would apply your previous experience to the job you're applying for.
