Phone call was quick and easy, they emailed me to setup an phone screen, got called in time but never heard back from them after that. Was told I was very qualified for the job. But no calls or emails after the initial phone screen.

Very laid back. Hiring manager offered me coffee. Told me about the job. Asked me three questions. I asked four questions. We were on our way. I waited to get a call back.

Went to the facility for an initial interview. Was given a complete tour of the site. There’s more to a landfill than meets the eye. Found it to be very interesting.

Phone interview was okay. It was definately different than face to face. Kind of impersonal. I think I was just nervous because I've never done a phone interview with recorded messaging , I would have rather spoke to a real person. In person preferably.
